How can I report a problem with a library resource?

Are you having technical problems while using or accessing electronic library resources?

If you are having issues logging in, first see our help for login problems. You can call the Circulation Desk at 559.278.2551 during normal library hours, or send us an email.

If you are having problems with databases or ebooks, try clearing the cache in your browser, or try using a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari). If problems persist, email eproblems@library.fresnostate.edu.
