I'm an OLLI member. Can I use the library databases?

The Cal Poly Humboldt Library appreciates and welcomes OLLI members. As OLLI members you are able to check out books and videos, as well as login to library computers to access electronic resources. In the past, OLLI members were mistakenly granted remote access to database and Interlibrary Loan (ILL) privileges. We sincerely apologize for this confusion, but the terms and conditions of licenses with publishers and database providers stipulates remote access is limited to current students (taking credit bearing classes), faculty and staff.

You are always able to access the electronic resources on site, walk-in use of electronic resources is permitted. In addition, ILL services are also limited to current students, faculty and staff because of the costs associated with these services. Interlibrary Loan services are available through the county public libraries. If you have questions, please contact: Cyril Oberlander, University Library Dean, at Cyril.Oberlander@Humboldt.edu
