If you are having trouble accessing or completing the Research 101 Tutorial:

1. Check whether the tutorial is imported into your class Canvas course.

   1. If yes:

      1. Contact your instructor.

      2. Describe the issue in detail and include screenshots.

      3. Before contacting them, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the activity.

   2. If no:

      2. Describe the issue and include screenshots of any error messages or unexpected behavior.

Did you get a message on the Research 101 Tutorial lesson pages stating, “the page you were looking for doesn’t exist”?
