Why can't I sign into my library account?

Do you have a PolyCard? Until your PolyCard is printed you will not have a library account and cannot sign in. You can still access databases directly with your Cal Poly username and password, but in order to sign into OneSearch, make requests, and view your account details you will need a Polycard.
