How do I make an appointment for someone to review the formatting of my Thesis or Project?

Answer

Appointments are not required for a final format review of your thesis/project. Also note that projects are not being reviewed (please go over step #6 on the graduate website).

Submit an email request to review your paper. Please include your thesis as a PDF (.pdf) or Word (.docx) attachment to formatreview@cpp.edu

Please make sure that your paper formatting is complying to the sample guide. If the format reviewer determines that your paper has not been formatted according to the standards outlined in the formatting checklist, then they may ask you to revise your submission according to the sample guide and resubmit. If this occurs, the format reviewer will respond to your initial request with an email including a formatting checklist of steps to be completed prior to your format review session. A new date and time will be scheduled for your review after you have revised your paper according to the formatting guidelines.
