What does "your patron privileges have expired" mean? How can I get them restored?

When you are no longer enrolled at or affiliated with Cal Poly Pomona as a student, faculty, or staff member, your patron privileges will expire, which means you can no longer login and access our databases from off-campus. If you are still enrolled at or affiliated with the university and believe you are receiving this message in error, please contact our Access Services Department at 909-869-3075 or libcirc@cpp.edu.
